Convicted cop killer gets death penalty

A Riverside jury today recommended the death penalty for convicted cop killer Earl Ellis Green.
The panel opted for death over life imprisonment without parole for Green, who beat and shot Riverside police Officer Ryan Patrick Bonaminio on Nov. 7, 2010.
Sentencing is set for June 25.
