Help support community blood bank
Fantasy Springs Resort Casino will host a blood drive tomorrow to support the Community Blood Bank of Rancho Mirage, a casino spokeswoman said today.
The blood drive will be held in the Special Events Center at Fantasy Springs, 84-245 Indio Springs Parkway, from 1 to 6 p.m. The Community Blood Bank provides blood to all local hospitals and is currently low on type O-negative blood, casino spokeswoman Anndee Laskoe said.
Everyone who donates will receive a discount coupon to Knott’s Soak City Water Park and can enter to win dinner for two at Bistro restaurant at Fantasy Springs, Laskoe said.
