Locals can buy Coachella and Stagecoach tickets starting today

Coachella Valley residents can buy passes for theCoachella and Stagecoach music festivals online starting today.

Starting at 10 a.m., residents can buy up to two passes for bothweekends of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival — April 12-14 and 19-21 — and/or for the Stagecoach country music festival, which is scheduledApril 26-29, according to the festivals’ organizer, Goldenvoice. Both festivalsare at the Empire Polo Club in Indio.

Passes are sold at www.coachella.com/festival-passes/residents andwww.stagecoachfestival.com/resident.

Passes can be picked up at the festivals’ box office at the Indian WellsTennis Garden, 78200 Miles Ave., starting April 3. Passes are $349 forCoachella and $239 for Stagecoach, all fees included.

Passes are non-transferable, and proof of residency must be shown with aCalifornia driver’s license or ID card.Eligible ZIP codes include 92201, 92202, 92203, 92210, 92211, 92230, 92234,92236, 92240, 92241, 92253, 92255, 92258, 92260, 92261-92264, 92270, 92274,92275, 92276 and 92292.

Passes will also be sold at the tennis garden while supplies last. Saleshours are noon to 7 p.m. April 3 to 7 and April 9 and 10, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.April 11, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 13, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 14, noon to 7 p.m.April 16 and 17, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 18, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 20, 10 a.m.to 5 p.m. April 21, noon to 7 p.m. April 24, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 25 and 26and 9 a.m. to noon April 27.
