That wreck was first reported around 3:15 a.m. Thursday at 1897 E. Alejo Road.
The crash forced a street closure on Alejo Road from Cerritos to north Sunrise due to live wires down on the road.
Southern California Edision reported nearly a thousand customers were affected.
They expect to have power fully restored by 5 p.m. this afternoon.
No word on the driver or what caused the collision.
