Man, woman arrested for burglarizing business

A man and woman from Desert Hot Springs were arrested over the weekend after police caught them stealing from a business. Officers said the burglary happened around 7:15 a.m. on Saturday.

Authorities were called to a business in the 66000 block of Dillon Road in Desert Hot Springs and found William Hogg and Lindsey Westbrook inside one of the buildings.

After an investigation, officers arrested the pair. They’re both being charged with commercial burglary and possession of stolen property.

Police said Hogg also had a felony warrant issued for his arrest.

The suspects were booked into the Larry Smith Correctional Facility in Banning.
