Man kept videos of lewd acts with a child on cellphone
Police say a man who molested a 5-year-old girl in San Bernardino kept videos of the act on his cellphone.
San Bernardino County prosecutors Joaquin Gomez pleaded guilty this week to five counts of forcefully committing lewd acts on a child. 53-year-old Gomez was the boyfriend of the little girl’s aunt.
Police say the the mother of the 5 year old found the photos and videos on Gomez’s phone and turned him into police.
He’s facing 50 years in state prison.
