Police release photos of suspected U.S. Bank robber

Palm Springs Police need help in catching a suspected bank robber and release photos taken during the Friday Evening robbery at the U.S. Bank on East Palm Canyon Drive.

According to police, the suspect went inside with a handgun and demanded money from a teller. No customers were inside at the time of the robbery and police say no employees were hurt.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic man, 25 to 35 years old, about 5’10. He was last seen wearing a gray and black hooded sweatshirt, a bandana, and sunglasses.
