CHP reopens eastbound lanes of I-10 after truck overturns

The California Highway Patrol has reopened eastbound lanes of I-10 after issuing a SIG Alert Thursday afternoon. A truck overturned near Cabazon, which caused heavy congestion in the area.

Authorities reported the crash at 2:21 p.m. Officers said nobody was injured in the crash but three lanes of traffic were blocked for over an hour while they cleared the roadway.

Eastbound traffic in the area was dealing with heavy congestion.

CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
