Alleged drunk driver crashes into La Quinta home
A drunk driver drove into a La Quinta home Saturday night, police say.
At around 8:24 p.m., police say Keith Fox drove into the front of a home on Calle Madrid and Avenida Rubio.
La Quinta police say Fox lost control of his car, driving from a westbound lane, over a curb, into a northbound lane, through the front yard, and into the home.
The home has moderate damage, and no one inside the house was hurt.
Fox was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Fox was taken to a local area hospital as a precaution prior to being booked into the Riverside County jail in Indio.
