Two people out of home after fire ignites in Indio
Two people are without a home after a fire sparked Wednesday night in Indio.
It happened just before 7 p.m. in the 44-000 block of Palo Verde Street. Firefighters saw smoke coming from the home when they arrived.
It took crews about 30 minutes to douse the flames.
The Red Cross is helping the man and woman who lived there.
There’s no word what sparked the fire. An investigation is underway.
