CCPD looks for clues after bullet holes found in cars, home

Cathedral City Police are searching for clues after shots rang out in the early hours Friday morning.

Officers were dispatched to the 32800 block of Desert Vista Road after reports of several gunshots heard in the area. Officers arrived on scene and found several spent shell casings in the street.

Two unoccupied cars and the home where the vehicles were parked in front of had been hit by gunfire. No one was injured and there are no leads at this time.
