Family without a home after Palm Springs fire
A Palm Springs family of three is without a home after an early morning fire ripped through their house Sunday.
Firefighters responded to reports of a house fire at Clearwater Way and Palm Oasis Ave around 1:30 a.m. Fire crews said the structure was fully engulfed in flames and it took 29 firefighters nearly an hour to put it out.
The Red Cross was called in to help two adults and a child.
There were no reports of any injuries and no word on the cause of the fire.
