Sheriff’s department looks to hire employees in Palm Desert
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is holding a job fair at the Palm Desert Sheriff’s Station on Wednesday, April 6th from 4 p.m. to 8pm. The station is located at 73-705 Gerald Ford Drive.
Presentations on open positions will be given every hour beginning at 4:15 p.m., with the last presentation taking place at 7:15 p.m., officials said in the release.Job openings in the desert include:
Deputy Sheriff Trainee
Correctional Deputy I
Sheriff’s 911 Communications Officer I
Accounting positions
Clinical Therapist II
Correctional Food Service Positions & Dietitian I
Sheriff’s officials said there is a limited number of seats at the job fair, so applicants should call to schedule an appointment at (888) 564-6773 or by emailing hrsheriffrecruiter@rc-hr.com.
Walk-ins will be welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability.
