PSPD investigates after car oveturns, collides with SunBus
Gene Autry Trail was temporarily closed to southbound traffic from the Palm Springs Air Museum to Ramon Road, and to northbound traffic from Ramon Road to the air museum on Thursday morning.
The Palm Springs Police Department is investigating a collision after a car overturned and rolled into a Sunline Bus at about 9:30 a.m.
Only three passengers were aboard the Sunline Bus and none of them were injured. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation and the road was expected to be fully reopened by 11 a.m.
