Family asks for help to find missing truck driver

Cathedral City police and family members are asking for the public’s help in locating a truck driver who was last seen in Desert Hot Springs.

The mother of 30-year-old Alexander Calderon said she last hard from him on July 26. Police told her Alexander’s truck was found in Desert Hot Springs, but he was nowhere to be found.

His mother lives in Las Vegas and she filed the missing person’s report with the Cathedral City Police Department. She said Alexander travels a lot from Las Vegas to the Coachella Valley where he sometimes stays at his uncle’s home.

Calderon is described as 5’10”, weighs about 200 lbs. and is often seen wearing a hat with the California bear on it.
