1 seriously injured in rollover crash in Cabazon

The California Highway Patrol responded to rollover crash in Cabazon Wednesday morning that caused one person to be ejected from their vehicle.

The collision happened at about 9:40 a.m. on eastbound I-10, east of Main Street. Officers said the driver of one of the vehicles began swerving on the freeway and collided with the other car. The swerving vehicle lost control and rolled over onto the frontage road near Main Street.

Two people were injured in the crash. One had serious injuries and the other sustained minor injuries, according to Cal Fire.

Officers said alcohol and/or drugs weren’t factors in the crash.
