Palm Desert General honored in D.C.

The Army honored Korean War combat veteran Herbert R. Temple, Jr. Wednesday in Washington D.C. The 88 year old Palm Desert resident is highly decorated for his 47 years of Army service. Temple is a three-star General, he built the Guard to 550,000 members. He was also a former Reagan Military Aide.
