KESQ’s Jeff Stahl participates in ‘Principal for a Day’ program

The Palm Springs Unified School District held its annual ‘principal for a Day event on Friday.

KESQ News Channel 3’s Jeff Stahl was among the many community members invited to spend the morning at local schools learning about what it takes to educate our children.

Jeff was ‘principal for a day’ at Desert Learning Academy in Palm Springs, off Ramon Road.

That’s where Dr. Todd Reed introduced Jeff to the students who make digital films in the school’s ‘DigiCom’ program.

Desert Learning Academy has 300 students in grades K through 12.

Palm Springs mayor Moon, city council members, local police and other Civic leaders all took part in today’s event.
