Two cars and big rig collide on I-10 in Indio

We have a traffic alert for you on the freeway in Indio. Crews are working to clear a wreck on Interstate 10 westbound, just west of Monroe Street.

At least three vehicles were involved including a big rig truck.

Minor injuries were reported with at least one person taken to a hospital.

All lanes are open but traffic is slow.
