Summer Golf Tips: Greenside bunker basics

Jason Smith, teaching professional at Classic Club, explains the basics on how to hit a greenside bunker shot – important to know to manage your score and stay away from big numbers.

Smith says that when in the bunker you must widen your stance with the ball in the front, open the club the face and accelerate through the sand by hitting behind the golf ball.
