Many Valley residents score free lipsticks
MAC Cosmetics had many Coachella Valley residents lined up around The River in Rancho Mirage on Saturday.
The makeup company gave away free lipstick in honor of National Lipstick Day. Generally, the product would cost $17.
A woman who works at the local store said they gave away 175 sticks in an hour and 45 minutes. The line wrapped around the building and through the center of the shopping center.
