Alexandra Pierce gets spooked at the Haunted Village on the Lake

Looking for a spooky good time? Look no further than the Haunted Village on the Lake.

The haunted hotel has been scaring visitors for 15 years but this year they’ve moved locations to Lake Hemet to offer more scares like the Abandoned Mine Shaft.

“Its really dark when you’re going through. You have no idea what to expect, but there’s just really cool colors and there’s people in there that blend into the walls so watch out,” said Regional Marketing Manager California Parks Company Trish Purcell.

The Boneyard Maze is also new.

“You can get really lost and you will find the bones and remains of those who haven’t made it through the maze,” Purcell said.

The Haunted Village is open every Friday and Saturday in October and on Halloween!
