Bighorn’s new clubhouse opens

After 16 months of construction, the Bighorn Golf Club held the grand opening for their brand new 80,000 square foot clubhouse complete with 58 big screen TV’s and panoramic views of the Coachella Valley.

“Beyond anybody’s expectations and so fabulous everything been done so well,” said Debbie Aarthun, member of the club.

While the club is closed to their membership, their philanthropic efforts benefit the entire valley.

“Bighorn does so much for this community, over a hundred and some million from our members over the last 10 years,” Hubbard said. “I think this is only going to add to it, just make it bigger and better.”

Hubbard first thought up the idea for the clubhouse over 22 years ago and now that dream becomes a reality.

“I really believe that our architect firms won the last 9 out of the last 15 years for the best clubhouse in the world. I guarantee you this will be the winner this coming year,” Hubbard said.
