Queen Scheherazade & Court crowned for 2018 County Fair & Date Festival

Queen Scheherazade and her Court has been named for the 2018 Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival.

12 young ladies competed Saturday night for the crowns of Queen Scheherazade, Princess Dunyzade and Princess Jasmine.

Palm Desert High’s Keanna Garcia was crowned Queen Scheherazade, while Shadow Hills High’s Sianna Gonzalez and Caedwyn Lethlean were crowned Princess Dunyazade and Princess Jasmine.

Garcia will receive a $3,500 scholarchip and each of the princesses will receive a $3,000 scholarship. They will serve as goodwill ambassadors for the County Fair & Date Festival, set for February 16-25, 2018.
