Holiday shipping deadlines coming up for gifts and orders

Christmas is less than two weeks away and if you’re looking to send gifts to friends or loved ones — it might be time to think about shipping deadlines.

If you want to go with standard shipping, get your packages to the post office by tomorrow — or by Friday if you’re sending mail by FedEx. You have until next Monday if you want to do 3 Day Select shipping with UPS.

If you need more time to shop — all three major shippers can deliver closer to Christmas — but it will cost you more. The last day to ship FedEx for a guaranteed Christmas delivery is Thursday, December 21st. The post office and UPS give you an extra day on December 22nd.

These deadlines also apply if you are ordering gifts online.
