Golf tournament raises money for local children

Golfers hit the tee this morning in Palm Springs to help out local children.

The 7th Annual Clubs Fore Charity Golf Tournament benefiting the Boys and Girls Club in Palm Springs, brings in between five to ten thousand dollars for the organization.

“Every year it grows bigger and better. This is our first time doing it in December. Normally we do it in September so so we have some amazing weather this year,” said Andrea Madrigal, CEO of the Boys and Girls Club in Palm Springs.

This is the second biggest fundraiser for the Palm Springs Boy and Girls Club.
