Two men arrested for La Quinta burglaries

Two men have been arrested in connection with several burglaries reported in La Quinta, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said.

Officials said they responded to burglary reports in the 50500 block of Calle Mandrina last month. The burglars entered private residences while the homeowners were asleep and stole personal property, deputies said.

On Nov. 26, 26-year-old Brandon Seacrist was located in La Quinta and arrested on suspicion of first degree burglary, officials said. Deputies arrested, 31-year-old Ricardo Bernal in connection with the burglaries Saturday.

Bernal was booked at the Riverside County Jail in Indio on suspicion of first degree burglary, officals said.
