Eisenhower Medical Center being renamed
Eisenhower Medical Center in Palm Springs is being renamed.
A new sign placed in front of the hospital on Bob Hope in Rancho Mirage drive reads “Eisenhower Health.”
A hospital spokeswoman said the new name is a better description of the organization’s mission, which reaches far beyond the main hospital.
All of the buildings on the campus in Rancho Mirage will keep their current names, including the original main building, which still has Eisenhower Medical Center on it.
The overall campus and other locations throughout the valley will be “Eisenhower Health.” The hospital’s website will be switching over to EisenhowerHealth.Org
