One person injured after rollover crash in Palm Springs

One person was injured after a rollover crash in Palm Springs Monday morning. The crash occurred north of the intersection of Gene Autry and Ramon.

According to Palm Springs Police, the call of the crash came in just before 6:20 a.m. Officers said only one vehicle was involved and the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officers said they don’t believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash. The cause remains under investigation.

One lane of northbound Gene Autry was shut down as crews worked to tow the vehicle away.

The crash cut power to a nearby Jack in the Box and it will be closed until lunchtime when power is restored.
