Update: Power outage that left hundreds without power in Coachella has been restored says IID.

The outage was first reported around 8:00 am Monday morning. IID reported on Twitter that 443 customers lost power. Some of the customers were businesses in the area of 48th Avenue and Highway 111, but most had their power restored within an hour, business owners in the area told KESQ.

Just after 11 am, IID Tweeted that most had their power restored and only 59 customers remained in the dark. Just after noon, they tweeted that all power has been restored and if customers are still without power to check the main breaker or call 1-800-303-7756.
