Road buckled, water main ruptured in Cathedral City

A section of road has buckled, exposing a ruptured water main in Cathedral City.

The damage is on Dinah Shore Drive near Corregidor Avenue. The roadway is shut down in both directions from Corregidor Avenue to Plumley Road.

The incident was reported shortly after 1:15 p.m. Cathedral City Fire Department crews and Coachella Valley Water District Employees are on scene.
