5 Christmas babies born at Desert Regional Medical Center

This year, five babies were born at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs.

One of the five babies born was Stella Maria Rodriguez, pictured below.

According to Todd Burke, California Communications Director for Tenet Healthcare, Stella was born at 4:12 a.m. on Christmas morning, weighing seven pounds and eight ounces and measuring 20.5 inches long.

Stella came as the perfect gift for her parents, Jesus Rodriguez and Kara Tapia of Cathedral City.
