Palm Springs cancels VillageFest due to heavy rains
Villagefest has been canceled tonight due to heavy rains.
The announcement came courtesy of the city of Palm Springs' twitter account on Thursday morning.
"VILLAGEFEST CANCELLED TONIGHT DUE TO HEAVY RAINS VillageFest, the City’s weekly street fair held every Thursday night along Palm Canyon Drive between Baristo and Amado Roads, will be cancelled tonight, Dec. 26, due to heavy rains," read the city's tweet.
