Golf legend, 2020 American Express host and competitor Phil Mickelson addressed the media just a few hours before tournament play officially kicks off.

Mickelson will start playing tomorrow at La Quinta Country Club, teeing off at 8:40 a.m. He is paired with the highest-ranked player in the field, Tony Finau.
