Still Hot, just not AS Hot
High temperatures will drop a few degrees today, and again tomorrow into the weekend as a weak trough brings cooling and partly cloudy skies today.
The trough brings some clouds into play early today, but expect those to clear out this afternoon. We remain under an Excessive Heat Warning through 9 p.m.
After yesterday's 105, highs will be modestly cooler today, and more noticeably so tomorrow and Saturday.
The triple digits don't stay away too long, by Tuesday of next week, the unseasonally warm numbers return.
