Officials seek arsonist who set fire at local Republican Headquarters

On Monday, we reported that the Republican Headquarters in La Quinta was vandalized over the weekend. The building's windows were boarded up and glass was still visible outside.

Very little information was known at the time. Cal Fire later confirmed there was a fire at the building.

News Channel 3 has now learned that the fire is believed to have been set by an arsonist. The suspect's picture has been released and a $1,000 reward has been issued for information leading to his arrest.
