Thousands flock to Gwen Stefani concert on day two of AmEx tournament
Thousands of people made their way to PGA West in La Quinta to watch Gwen Stefani perform. It was day two of the American Express golf tournament.
Whether they were golf fans or not, the tournament brought people from all over the country to enjoy what it has to offer.
“You know it's super grateful to be out here and having fun and being out with a huge crew and just loving life right now," said visitor Brandon Paguio.
Many coming to see their favorite golfers in action, while others enjoying the experience.
“I love that we're all out here as a community. It's wonderful," said Indian Wells resident Cam Williams.
“Live here, very excited for the concert. Very exciting to see, this is our first year here," said La Quinta resident Thierry Montoya. "So the tournament is very exciting. A little city was created 4 days ago.”
Huge crowds of people ranging from golf tournament goers to Gwen Stefani superfans made their way to the stage to watch the popstar perform.
Many of them ready to sing along to their favorite songs.
“Oh my gosh Hollaback Girl! I'll take this on right here once you start singing it you do not want to see me on the dance floor," said Paguio.
The fun is not over yet, day 3 starts Saturday bright and early with Darius Rucker taking the stage at night.
