FIND Food Bank’s Emergency Mobile Distribution for Hilary Recovery
FIND Food Bank is the desert's regional food bank, serving over 1500,00 people suffering from food insecurities each month. With the recent tropical storm, FIND Food Bank has became a great support for our valley residents who have been directly impacted by the tragedy.
Today, August 25th they will be having a emergency mobile market distribution in Cathedral City for those who have been affected by tropical storm Hilary, they will be disrupting dry food and water support. The distribution will be held at Agua Caliente Elementary School from 4:30pm through 5:30pm.
They will also be hosting more mobile food market distributions this weekend, these include:
- 08/25: Oasis Elementary School, 88175 74th Ave, Thermal from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
- 08/26: LQ Desert Rec, 77865 Ave Montezuma, La Quinta from 8:00am - 9:00am
- 08/26: Mathis Brothers, 81410 Hwy 111, Indio from 6:30am -8:30am
- 08/28: Cabot Yerxa, 67076 Desert View Ave, Desert Hot Springs from 10:00am - 11:00am
