Investigation Underway after a report of a shooting in Thermal overnight

Deputies say they responded to Avenue 66 in Thermal just after 1 a.m. of a report of a shooting.

When deputies arrived, they found two victims with possible gunshot wounds.

One of the victims was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries and the second victim was treated at the scene.

Authorities say they found evidence of a shooting and are investigating.

There is no suspect information at this time.
