Nashville-based country artist Mark Taylor to perform after AmEx concert series
PGA West is set to host a brand new event this year in addition to the American Express 2024 Tournament and Concert Series.
"A lot of people remember it as the Bob Hope Classic," said Donald Zauner, PGA West General Manager. He added, "Bob Hope had seven movies that all began with "Road to." Like "Road to Rio...", "Road to Utopia...", and they were great and I said why don't we do "The Road to Nashville" and that's why I brought Mark taylor into the mix."
On Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20, Ernie’s Bar & Grill in the PGA WEST® Tournament Clubhouse will host The Road to Nashville: An Evening with Mark Taylor, a pre-party and live concert event featuring Nashville-based country artist Mark Taylor. Taylor will perform both evenings onstage on the Ernie’s Bar & Grill stage after the Keith Urban and Train concerts.
The Road to Nashville event will feature an open bar with unlimited beer, wine and cocktails from 4-10 p.m. both nights. Tickets cost $250 per person per night (inclusive of 20% service charge and tax), which includes all food and beverages detailed above, Mark Taylor live concert, and DJ spinning tunes pre- and post-concert from 9-10 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here. Doors open at Ernie’s Bar & Grill at 4 p.m. each afternoon for this special event. Taylor will take the stage at 7 p.m.
Taylor has also partnered with Cali Distillery to launch his signature Steel String Whiskey and attendees will get a chance to try some complimentary whiskey during this special event.
