Continued delay in sentencings for murder of Palm Springs art dealer

Another delay was announced Friday morning in the sentencings of two men convicted in the financially motivated killing of Palm Springs’ art dealer, Clifford Lambert.

Both Daniel Garcia and David K. Replogle were scheduled to be sentenced in Indio earlier this morning for the murder of Clifford Lambert. 

The presiding judge is sick causing both sentencings to be moved to February 28th.

In August of 2022, David K. Repogle was found guilty of first-degree murder among other criminal charges.  

Daniel Garcia was convicted of one felony count of murder in October of last year.
