N. Indian Canyon Drive and N. Gene Autry Trail closed through Whitewater Wash due to flooding
North Indian Canyon Drive and North Gene Autry Trail were closed through the Whitewater Wash Tuesday morning due to flooding, according to Palm Springs Police.
A statement from PSPD at 6:36 a.m. said the North Gene Autry Trail was closed between East Via Escuela and Interstate 10.
A second statement at 7:39 a.m. said North Indian Canyon Drive was closed between Sunrise Parkway and Palm Springs Station Road.
Vista Chino Road was open to traffic as of 7:45 a.m.
Drivers can also use Highway 111, Dinah Shore Drive, and Ramon Road to get in and out of Palm Springs.
