Celebrating Cinco de Mayo weekend at One Stop Taco Shop

Cinco de Mayo is on Sunday. The Mexican holiday celebrated Mexico's victory over the Second French Empire in the battle of Puebla.

Here in the U.S., Cinco de Mayo has become associated with Mexican-American culture.

People celebrate with food, music and dancing.

News Channel 3 is celebrating Cinco de Mayo at One Stop Tacos.

The staff arrives to the shop in Indio at 4:00 a.m. every morning to start making tortillas.

They are anticipating crowds this weekend ahead of Cinco de Mayo.
