Firefighters contain attic fire at Cathedral City home

Firefighters were able to contain a structure fire in Cathedral City Monday afternoon.

The fire was reported just before 2:00 PM at Medano Road, just east of Avenida Terrazo.

Cathedral City Fire Chief Michael Contreras confirmed that all residents of the home were evacuated.
