Thermal Club discusses potential for expansion in unincorporated community after IndyCar Grand Prix

THERMAL, Calif. (KESQ) – Thermal Club is set to host its first sanctioned race with IndyCar March 23. After hosting a test two years ago and a million-dollar challenge last year, the officials and track operators feel ready to host the IndyCar Grand Prix.

With it being the first race, it is unclear what impacts this drive of income could have on Thermal, Calif., as it is an unincorporated community.
