Free adoptions at RivCo Animal Services the remainder of this week for “Spring Bark”
JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. (KESQ) - With the help of PetSmart Charities, Riverside County Department of Animal Services (RCDAS) offers free cat and dog adoptions at all RCDAS shelters this week to celebrate “Spring Bark.”
In observation of its National Adoption Week, PetSmart Charities pledged $25,000 to help RivCo animals get adopted. RCDAS Director Mary Martin says, "Their generosity allows us to waive adoption fees during these events and connect more pets with loving families, creating lasting bonds and stronger communities.”
PetSmart Charities Director of Placement Heidi Marston observes that "Adopting or fostering a pet not only enriches your life but is the best way to support your community and local partners like RCDAS in their lifesaving work.”
Adoptable pets will be available for the rest of this week at the following RivCo Animal Services locations:
Thursday-Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
