I-Team: Return to the Border Part Two  

CALEXICO, CA (KESQ) - Assistant El Centro Sector Chief David Kim gives News Channel 3's John White a tour of the southern border in Calexico.  

Kim also answers questions about El Centro Sector's role in immigration enforcement operations that eventually led to the removal of El Centro Sector Chief Gregory Bovino as Commander at Large earlier this year.  

Bovino has now retired.
