KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — A barrage of Russian missiles has targeted Kyiv and wounded at least 53 people as Ukraine’s president seeks more military support in Europe. The attack underscored the continuing threat to Ukraine from the Kremlin’s missile arsenal in the 21-month war. As winter sets in and hinders troop movements, long-range air bombardment plays a growing role.
