Vegas police: Officers fatally shoot man sought in robberies
LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say officers fatally shot an armed suspect sought in several robberies. A police statement said the incident occurred Wednesday when officers located the suspect and attempted to stop his vehicle. According the statement, the suspect was shot when he “produced a gun” after getting out of his vehicle. The suspect’s identity was not released. Police said the robberies included one involving a bank.
