N. Colorado beats Portland St. 86-79 in Big Sky tourney

BOISE, Idaho — Daylen Kountz had a career-high 36 points as Northern Colorado beat Portland State 86-79 in the Big Sky Conference tournament’s semifinals. Michael Carter III led the Vikings with a season-high 22 points.
